Catholic Easter followed the Julian calendar till 1582; since 1583 it follows the Gregorian calendar. The Gregorian calendar was introduced on Friday 1582, 10, 5 Julian = 1582, 10, 15 Gregorian.
Astronomical full moon is given in Dynamical Time (TD). Universal Time (UT) is Dynamical Time minus 65 seconds near year 2000. Italy time zone is UT + 1 hour (UT + 2 hours during daylight saving time).
